Desk space for rent behind Ugly Mugs $200

I've recently done a light build-out of space with a friend behind Ugly Mugs.

It's an old convalescent hospital that's going to eventually be built-out into lofts and business spaces.

We're the first to rent outside of a bakery that has an entire wing to itself.

You would essentially be renting desk space. No lease required. I am using most of the space for screen printing and online orders.

-Electric and internet included

I am not interested in anyone that plans on having a lot of friends over.
